Terrible customer service during a global pandemic.
I booked summer camp services with Galileo for my kids for this summer. They announced on April 16 that they would cancel all summer camps but not issue a refund, only a credit good for future years. This is unacceptable and against their previous cancellation policies. They should refund my money immediately since they are not able to provide the services per our original agreement.
