This customer in this matter has agreed to accept a refund of $

this resolution is satisfactory to me.   I  went  over  on  Friday  Nov 17  and  picked  up  the  60  dollar  payment  I  had  made  I  got  the  money  back   but  am  still  sitting  here  with a  destroyed  C  D  player I  never  said  anything  about  it  just  got the  money  and  left  Still  not  100  per cent  happy  but  such  is  life I  guess
