Unauthorized consent to charge my bank debit card. Denied refund of charge to my debit card by Galb INvestments.
Galb Skin Cream charged my bank card for a skin cream that I never ordered.

I remember researching this ad on my computer. I never completed the order form. As soon as I "backed out" of this website, I received a phone call, the salesperson questioned why I did not complete this order., I replied "I did not feel comfortable with the ad. It was very confusing. One week later, I noticed a charge on my debit card for $89.92. When I called this company, I was told an automatic shipment was delivered to my front door on 09/27/2018. I was never notified of this delivery. I did not sign for this delivery, In fact, I was in Huron,Ohio visiting my son on this date. I immediately contacted *** Bank to close my debit card, and file a complaint on this unauthorized charge.
Refund of charge to my account in the amount of $89.92. Ever since the 1st of October,2018, Galb Industries has caused me to spend hours of my time to correct an unauthorized issue just because I opened their website.
To whom it may concern,
After reviewing Ms. complaint we want to apologize for any inconvenience. We have an abundance of customers who understand our terms upon placing their order and see great benefits from using our products. We do not offer sample sizes or free gifts, we send you a full 30 day supply and allow you to try our product for free for 14 days at only the cost of shipping and handling. If you do not cancel your trial, once expired, you are billed the retail price of the product as well as enrolled in our monthly subscription that is designed to save you from the inconvenience of having to manually place the order every 30 days.
Upon looking over Ms. account with us we can confirm that she started her trial with us on September 23, 2018. When her trial ended on October 7, 2018, she was charged the retail price for the product shipped to her for $89.9. Our records indicate that unfortunately Ms. didn't call us to request a refund until after filing a dispute on the charges, which freezes her account on our end prohibiting us from issuing any refunds; this is to prevent unintentional fraud by our customers who might then receive a reimbursement from both our company and their financial institution. However, because customer satisfaction is top priority, we have waived this and issued Ms. a refund for the $89.92 charge back into her account. She should expect this to be credited back into her account within the next 7-10 business days. Furthermore, we can confirm that Ms. account with us is cancelled so she will not receive any further shipments or orders from us. As for the calls Ms. received, our company does not call any of our customers so we believe that may have been a scam attempting to contact Ms.. Our records indicate that the only times our company spoke with Ms. were when she called us, on 10/08, 12/12 and 12/13. Therefore, this appears to be a case of fraud. Moving forward, we have initiated an investigation into this matter.
We hope Ms. is satisfied with our business and we want to again sincerely apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused.
