The situation is being resolved and the company is coming out on December 8th for template and December 17th for install.  They are requiring me to sign some type of waiver which I need to review and peruse legalities of such waiver.  Also I reject the response the vendor submitted as I do not lie and every item of concern I listed is true.  I attest to that.  I also have email backup.  I reject the vendors response so I may leave this complaint in effect until services are rendered.
