Review: I have call and ask them when did they get authorize to bill me for electricy when I never agree or sign anything. They told me that someone agree and that all when I ask for proof they hung up on me. I call again to disconnect there service in Jan and I still go bill for Febuary and March. Appartently in Feb-Mar there rates went up and I was charge double the usuall amount. I never agree or sign anything of this service.Desired Settlement: Refund

Review: We received a phone call today from someone claiming to be from [redacted]. From number [redacted]. When we repeatedly asked if she was really from [redacted] she said no, she was from Galaxy Energy. We were very upset that someone would misrepresent themselves and seek information about our [redacted] bill -- she kept asking if we'd received a letter from them and what it was and asked about our bill -- and I said yes, we receive a bill and pay it every month.

We live in an apartment building and have no control over our utility providers. Disgusted that someone would waste our time pretending to be from [redacted]. Bad business tactics. I would tell my friends never to do anything with Galaxy. And she called during a blizzard. Horrible misrepresentation. Horrible timing.Desired Settlement: Stop contacting us; stop misrepresenting yourselves to people. For Revdex.com to note as further complaints come in, which I'm sure they will.

Review: did not give authorization for this company to charge me for their service. this charge is coming on the ConEdison biil. I have call the company two times with no satisfaction.please both persons stated Igave them authorization of which I did not.Desired Settlement: a refund and or stop charging me
