Box was ordered and received. It failed to work following the supplied instructions. Contacted the seller and additional instructions were provided and still failed to work. Asked to return unit for refund. Refund not offered.

The box was received and tested. The unit is in full working order. There are no refunds as stated where the customer made a purchase because each unit comes with digital software which can be easily copied.It appears that the software was copied onto anther unit, but it is possible that it could be an accidental flag. The customer will never be blamed. The issue the customer may have been suffering are as a result of their own personal bad equipment or a user error. The customer demanded a full refund, but a unit replacement was offered to replace the unit once the unit was received. A new unit was shipped XXXXXXX and the tracking is XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
