Gala Events

The situation with this was that I was planning a 15 birthday party for my daughter and we ended up having a personal family issue and we chose to cancel it before time came 3 months before the 15 birthday was going to be celebrated on may 16 of 2020 and we canceled it on Feb 15 of 2020.And the owner of gala events which is *** he said to me that I have to wait till the date of which it was planned for which is may 16 of 2020 now he is telling me that I have to meet with his co workers to get the answer if im going to get my full refund of *** And it seems like he is just doing a loop around the whole situation that why im taking legal action of this situation because it is out of my hands.
