As a company and the owner, we strive to always uphold customer service but most importantly integrity when it comes to handicap customers and patrons.  Gala Bakery is a fast food deli and food to go with customers constantly in and out with lots of foot traffic.  This actual incident we were not aware that the customer was cut in line and we didn't have control over other customer(s) cutting in line at the time.  We are very apologetic over this incident and we resolving this with our staff and management to be aware that handicap shall be served first before others; and this policy they are already aware and have honored it always.  But please note that we were unaware that the customer was cut in line.  This was a misunderstanding.  We will do what it takes that this no longer happens again.  We are deeply apologetic.3.
