Gaithersburg Limo

I contracted with Gaithersburg Limo for a 15 passenger "luxury" van and a 7 passenger *** SUV for wedding transportation. I received written contracts for each. We had 15 folks to transport and thought the 15 passenger van might be a bit tight (also recommended by their company). What showed up instead was a 10 passenger old dirty van, and a small 4 passenger SUV. We used the 10 person van because we were desperate, but that left 5 people...and only a 4 passenger SUV. We sent him away and had to drive ourselves. We have been trying to get our money back for the "7 passenger *** SUV" and an adjustment on the 15 person (10!) van. Repeated emails have not worked. Their phone number is not in service. A secondary number I happened to have, a person said "we'll get back to you" and hasn't. Their website and all emails/contracts look great, but they do not appear to be a real company.
