This company offered a free trial ad. The offer seemed great so I proceeded to film in my information but towards the end I changed my mind. There was no option for me to cancel so I hit the close button and then a few minutes later I got an email saying my order had been processed and my expected shipment time. I sent an email to customer service requesting to cancel this order which they never replied back. Received the order it since it had already arrived. A month later money was withdrawn from my bank account by GainXtreme and placed an order on my behalf without my consent. I called my bank and disputed the charges and called GainXtreme and told them that what they are doing is giving false advertisement and basically theft and fraud by processing an order without my consent. I firmly requested a refund and stop all forms of communication with them. Two days later they send me an email and the content of the email appears that they are doing me a favour by removing me from their database. I replied that I shouldn't even be on their database to begin. Told them don't email me. Now what they are doing is forwarding my emails back to me even though I told them that if they email me again I will file a formal complaint but they are still being immature and still forwarding back my emails to me as form of trying to harass and annoy me.
No further contact by the busi I would like a formal apology from them and that whoever is forwarding back my emails to me be reprimanded to the full extent as this is not customer service and no one wants to be harassed or annoyed by anyone.

After reviewing Mr. complaint, we would like to sincerely apologize for any unnecessary communication he feels we have sent him. The email support agent who handled Mr. correspondence has been reprimanded and coached on. Our records indicate Mr. contacted our customer support via phone as well. His account with us has been refunded when he originally emailed in as well as cancelled from all future shipments and charges. We hope this resolves the problem for Mr. and would again like to offer our regret for having caused him any distress. We hope Ms. is satisfied with our business and we would like to apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused.
