Review: I ordered shoes from this company but they have failed to fulfill it. They claimed their payment via paypal immediately yet my order never advances past, "processing". I have made attempts to contact them but they never respond.Desired Settlement: I simply want my money refunded. I am contacting [redacted] right now in hopes of resolving this issue. I payed $83.30.

Review: found this site on line. ordered a pr of work clogs on 10/09/2015. Order stil says processing..I have never been charged for the clogs, but am I going to look at my bank account some day and be cleaned out?Desired Settlement: would like to receive my purchase or be able to cancel the order which is still processing (?)

Review: The website http://www.gainrel.com is a fraudlant website and needs to be shutdown. They advertise they take PayPal and they deducted their money immediately for the purchase but you never receive the item. I have contacted PayPal for a full refund but do not want others scammed. If you Google them, there are multiple people who have been scammed. I could not list their address information on the other page because it is a website. I do not know this information. I also believe it overseas, but not sure.
