Gaidish Foundations

Had 3 different companies submit a bid to install beams in my basement. Gaidish had the cheapest bid AND they moved the water and duct work for me! Extremely happy with the quality of the work and their willingness to accommodate my nitpicking requests. They went above and beyond what I have come to expect from contractors. Got quotes from three foundation companies - Gaidish Foundation Inc had the most reasonable price and didn't try to up-sell on unnecessary work. They also had the best warranty of the three companies (20 years!). Foundation repair started and completed on schedule and end result was better than expected. I studied up on foundation repair procedures prior to the start of the project and observed that the Gaidish crew was very thorough in completing all the required steps and didn't take any short-cuts. Staff is very responsive to questions and administrative communication.
They even managed to save and replant three bushes that had to be temporarily removed. I'm glad I chose Gaidish and highly recommend them for your foundation repair job.
So happy that I finally have a dry basement and straight walls!
