*** *** *** call us for a part to do work on one of there customer motors, NOT being a dealer for the motorWe had a kit in stock with the info we had it was the right one, there is two kitsent out one 7/13/They return in the mail on 7/21/in house on the 27th, Reorder the
part which went to back order, Came in week of the 8/15/16.Was out of town that week and the personal did not ship out to themI contacted them on 8/21/At this time they asked for a refund and I said we would and have done a full refund, We have done everything they have asked.
