Review: I had purchased a Sand kit for children that I work with. I did not open it, but the package I bought didn't look any less sealed than any of the others. When I got to the store within the return policy to return it, the clerk would not return it accusing me of opening it and altering the contents, however; when she compared it to another box, everything was there, minus the fact that the sand was not in the same manufacture bag. This means I must've purchased someone else's return, and that's not my fault that I purchased it that way. I was ok without getting my money back, so I asked for a store credit and she wouldn't even do that. She told me she would have to throw out the kit and that I had to take it back and I couldn't get my money back. Not only was she resistant she was rude. I can't believe she would rather lose a customer over $25 than just EAT THE MONEY as a business and make a customer satisfied. Needless to say I will be letting all of my family and friends know never to shop there.Desired Settlement: I want my money back. At this point I don't even want a store credit. I have the receipt. I should have not have to pay for it when someone sold me the package in that way. Obviously the person putting it back on the floor at the other store ([redacted]) did not check to see if that was opened or tampered with. I do not want this product. I want a refund of $24.99 plus tax to my account. I returned everything else I bought there that day as well after this interaction.

Review: I ordered a wine glass that came in broken. Per their instructions for returns you are to email them through their website to get a return authorization number. After sending 2 emails and never getting a response I called them. They told me they would NOT refund my money because it was past the 7 days allowed for returns. I believe the purposefully didn't give me a RA number so that they wouldn't have to refund me the money. I have had several email wars with them returning my money but they are flat out refusing. It's by far the worst company I have ever dealt with.Desired Settlement: I want my full refund including shipment and I want this on their business record that they have the worst return policy ever and are not pleasant people to work with.
