Gadget Fix Plus

On 7/19/15 my wife and I entered the above referenced store to inquire about getting our [redacted] fixed, as it was not holding a charge. The store employee, [redacted], proceeded to tell us that we needed a new battery and for $22 he would replace it and charge it for us while we wait. We, not having any knowledge about this issue, let him proceed with doing this while we waited for approximately 30 minutes. The next day we had the same issue with our [redacted] and also was informed by a professional that you can not replace a battery on the [redacted]. After finding this out I am not pleased with the way Gadget Fix Plus deceived me by selling me, and supposedly installing a new battery into our [redacted] that is not equipped to do that. I am writing you in hopes that this will not happen again to anyone else in the future. Thank you for your time in this matter.
