the dress several times and it fit her perfect after the alterations were complete. Her complaint was about the underarm sleeve. It is natural for it to be a little baggy because you need movement under the arm. We explained this to her. She agreed to pick up the dress and paid for it in full at pick up. If she disliked the dress so much, she did not have to purchase it. No initial deposit was given so she was in no obligation to purchase it. Within 15 miles from us there are 5 bridal stores that sell off the rack dresses. She could have purchased something different. I explained this to her the day I received the complaint. Therefore we can not give a refund on an already worn custom made wedding dress. It is not fair for our seamstresses that work hard to make these. Again she was in no obligation to purchase the dress. She left no deposit so she had nothing to loose. She shouldn't of purchased the dress if she was this unhappy.   Thank you  [redacted]

A contract was done and is attached with this email. [redacted] was the bride and when the order was placed, everything was specified in the contract with her. The dress fit her like a glove and it is hard to believe that the bride was unhappy.  It saddens me that we have been in business for 35 years and  she thinks our business is  shady.  Again no refund can be given.  When she picked up the dress she paid for it in full. The dress was worn. And I know she looked gorgeous in it.
