Gabriel Shoes

I purchase a pair a shoes from Amazon and the third party is Gabriel shoes, I returned the shoes and they lied and said they hadn't received them back. I had proof from the post office tracking number they did indeed receive the shoes back and now they finally refund me. The refund was not for the full amount of purchased $130.00 and they refund me 86 dollar and change, they should not be in business.

I ordered shoes on Sept 8 2019. It is now Oct. 10 2019 and have not yet received my shoes. Email response from them on 10-02 states".*** has located the package in the sorting facility" and item will arrive by 10-07. It is 10-10 now and no package or response from them.
