Review: I have specifically been in contact with [redacted] at Gaba Law Center since March 2015. I paid a lump sum to get my Bank of Amercia Student Loan via Gaba Law Center up to date in April 2015 and since I have made monthly payments. I have attempted numerous times to set up automatic payments as Gaba Law does not even send statements, you must call them directly each month to make this payment; they have failed each month to have these payments set up automatically since I have made numerous requests to do so.

After running my credit report on November 2, 2015, I became notified that I have not been reported as current on this loan that I thought was up to date on all payments. When I contacted Gaba Law Center regarding this concern, the representative, ([redacted]), informed me that it was my fault and that I was somehow one payment behind. I then requested to speak to his supervisor and he told me that he was the supervisor and refused to allow me to make a payment or speak to someone else within their organization.Desired Settlement: To have all derrogatory remarks removed from my credit report and prefer to have payments either set up directly with [redacted] Student Loan or a guarantee from Gaba Law Center that they will have my payments set up automatically and reported as current as each payment is processed. If I do continue making payments through Gaba Law Center, I am also requesting a copy of my monthly statement via postal mail or email.
