G.A. Smith Towing

Review: Damage to LT Rocker Molding and inner LT Rocker. I took photos of damage while with tow truck driver present He also took photos of the damage. went to G.A. Smith Towing to let them know the driver had damaged my vehicle and showed the owner the photos, was told by the owner that when my vehicle was back on the road to get an estimate and bring it in to him and he would pay to have it fixed because he wanted to keep the insurance companies out of it or to bring the vehicle to them and they would fix it. I decided to get an estimate done by the dealership I take my car to so the repairs would be done right and not repaired by a tow truck company. I brought the estimate to the owner who now decided that only he would do the work and that he would not pay "retail" to have my vehicle damages fixed. I proceeded to explain that I wanted my damages fixed by a collision center and he told me that if it wasn't done by him that he was not going to pay for the damages and that I can take him to court. when I refused his services he jump out of his seat and got in my face and started yelling profanities at me and told me to leave his business.Desired Settlement: Would like to be compensated for the damages to my vehicle in the amount of the estimate given by the collision center to have my vehicle fixed correctly.
