After repeated calls the owner is unavailable to resolve warranty repairs on a roof installed 12 months ago with a published 5 year warranty.
In 2018 we retained GA Premier Renovations, LLC roofing company to complete repairs on our roof as approved by our insurance company. Roofing was not completed on time and was not completed within the original estimate. Upon surrendering the final insurance payment I was given no detailed receipt for repairs after repeated requests. A shingle or two have come off the roof and fallen in the yard and the owner of the company refuses to answer my calls for warranty repair. Traveling to the physical address for this business, I found an unoccupied rental house in Lawrenceville Ga. I have retained the original project agreement as proof of the repairs. I will be allowing the business owner 5 business days to contact me and complete repairs and provide a final receipt for all work completed in 2018. During that time if the owner or representative does not comply I will have repairs completed by a different company as well as a formal inspection of the roof and will move my complaint to litigation.
Actual phone contact with home owner within 5 business days, completion of repairs within said time frame, provide receipt for original work in 2018 and repairs listing work and all materials used
We completed Mr. roof in July 2018 and provided him with a 5 year labor warranty. Our labor warranty protects him against any defects in his roof resulting from inadequate installation and/or leaks. If a shingle blew off during a storm, that is weather related and his labor warranty does not cover that. If Mr. feels that this happened as a result of a faulty shingle then he would have needed to contact the manufacturer as most shingles have manufacturer warranty. Mr. states that his roof was not completed within his contract estimate however, his contract states that additional supplements for items not included on his original estimate will be billed directly to his insurance company and that he is not entitled to this money. An invoice indicating full payment was emailed to Mr. in August 2018. We apologize to Mr. if the terms of his warranty and/or contract were not explained to him thoroughly or if he misunderstood and would like to assure him that the project manager originally in charge of his roof is no longer employed by us.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The shingle that fell off the roof was not installed properly using approved roofing nails causing the shingle to fall off within 90 days of installation. The business owner failed to resend a copy of the receipt for all services rendered as stated in the original complaint, with detailed installation cost. The business owner indicates that it was emailed in 2018, so forward again per the original complaint so home owner has for records or send certified copy. The untimely response to the Revdex.com would indicate the business owner is not concerned over labor warranty issues and the multiple Revdex.com complaints on the business owner would indicate that dismissal form the Revdex.com should be reviewed. Having one shingle reinstalled to ensure the business owners brand and service standards was protected but instead field leaders for the business and the owner are consistently unavailable and avoid calls unless you are looking for an estimate. At this point in order to satisfy my complaint the business owner may reach out to me at any time XXX-XXX-XXXX or simply send me a detailed copy of the original install as well as a check for $250 which I paid to have the shingle installed as well as the full case of shingles in order the match the charcoal HD product that was originally installed. All of which would have been completely avoided as well as a dissatisfied customer if the business owner returned calls and backed up their labor warranty.
We have reached out to Mr. and have agreed to reimburse his out of pocket expense of $250 once we receive a copy of his receipt. We are also sending him an updated invoice of the work done on his home, per his request. We have apologized to Mr. for the poor handling of his complaint which we sincerely regret. We are not above admitting our mistakes and look forward to making things right.
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
Thank you to the team at GA Premier Renovations and Ms. Serrano and her customer service team. Ms. Serrano replied quickly to my concerns and resolved each of them in a timely manner...much appreciated!
My rental property was in need of a new roof. I called several companies that were advertising "Free Inspections" but when asked the sq. footage of my home (it's a smaller home) it seemed like all the other companies lost interest. GA Premier Renovations came right out and inspected my roof, worked with my insurance company, met with the adjuster and I had a new roof in no time. They made me feel like I mattered when other companies didn't.
Despite the community I live in being labeled as "NO SOLICITING" and the fact that I have TWO HUGE RED STICKERS on my mailbox clearly stating "NO SOLICITING, HANDOUTS, FLYERS, BROCHURES" the company has littered my neighborhood with literature on our mailboxes - including mine which apparently could not be read by the person leaving the door hangar on it. Note, the use of the US Mailbox for anything other than US Mail is also illegal.
Product_Or_Service: Roofing
Other (requires explanation) Business to make commitment to cease violating neighborhood no solicitation policies and return to remove their flyers which are littering the yards and being washed down drains to clog city water works. Driving around neighborhoods "scoping out" people's homes is also creepy and likely a trespassing violation.
Hello ***, we apologize that one of our representatives did not see the "No Soliciting" sign on your mailbox. As a company, we advise all of our employees/contractors against leaving any flyers or door hangers on mailboxes so if this happened to you we are sincerely sorry. Our intentions were not to sell you on any of our products or services, only to inform you about the possibility of storm damage in your area. However, we will be sure to send the rep back out to collect the door hanger that was left on your mailbox. We hope that our apology and offer to remove our flyer/door hanger from your property will rectify the situation. It is never or intent to inconvenience homeowners. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention and allowing us the opportunity to correct it.
They did an amazing job on my roof, I honestly could not be happier! Robert and his team took great care of me and handled everything with my insurance. I was afraid that the insurance company would give me a hard time but GA Premier made sure everything went smoothly.
These guys are very easy to work with and do a very good job!
They also make it easy when dealing with your Insurance company. They set everything up and fill in Insurance adjuster with all the details. Basically eliminating the guesswork behind dealing with your Insurance company.
Their work is very good and very good quality.
They finished everything within 1 day!
I contacted on 8/3 this Co. to come out and as an issue (a leak at a pipe boot) with my roof/repair as well as as the overall roof condition. I was told by "Felipe Torres" on 8/4 that he had no idea how to repair the issue and if they did it would require 2 roofers and a day to repair (note temp. repair till insurance could review) at a cost of $2500.00?? more than the orig. roof cost also a house as small as mine can be re roofed completely in a day. (per the insurance co) and my experience.
I contacted another co on 8-4 they came out on Sunday 8-5 completed a temp repair in 30 min. at no cost and I am now waiting for Insurance to come and as the issue without the stress of the leak... till that can occur.
I have never made a complaint with the Revdex.com before but it is unacceptable for companies to try to or attempt to take advantage of people in a dire situation.
Thank you for your time

I know about some of your reps and they are in some cases VERY untrained young men some have even worked for
me....they are not all well trained re: roofs/construction .
No he did not offer to tarp it in fact he said he had NO IDEA how to deal with it! if he said that it is a lie. I beg to differ
you or your employee represented as a professionals and yet he was far from it-
I told him my family grandfather and Uncle owned construction companies as well as my deceased husband was a
roofer... he still chose to deal with me as a ignorant person... and just because you do not perform a job it does not
negate trying to run a financial scam. Please do not contact me again!

I understand and respect your decision not to speak on the matter but my sales representatives are well trained. I spoke
with Felipe and he explained to me his version. He offered to tarp the area where you had the leak on your roof but you
did not want that done. He also stated it would be up to $2,500 to repair the pipe boots where you had the leak
included to replace some shingles around it since your roof has a double layer of shingles on it. I will respond to your
Revdex.com review accordingly. We didn't do anything wrong since there was no work performed by us. Thank you for your time
and have a great day.

Mr.
While I can appreciate your concern in this matter, I don't wish to discuss it any further. The person that came to my
home Felipe was very unprofessional and was totally willing to not only leave me with a leak at the pipe boot which he
stated he had no idea how to fix ...not even temporally... but he did state in order to fix it... it would mean bringing 2
people out to fix it for a whole day and at a charge of $2500.00 .
I am a woman not a fool! (this was repaired in 30 min. ) by the roofer that came out on a Sunday and at no charge till
my insurance adjuster could look at the issue. I would say perhaps a conversation with your "sales rep." might be the
ticket. Word of mouth for a business is a precarious slope and when someone does not know there business or tries to
scam someone it can have destructive results.
Thank you for your time
