. ***. I spoke to a rep by the name of Jinky and she told me that they have confirmed that they gave me the wrong address after canceling their service and they told me I couldn't waive the fee due to them being incompetent.
Your reviews are much appreciated. It only shows that you care how you would like us to improve on our company processes. Thank you. Moving forward, we will be more careful in releasing our address especially on these cases of moving to avoid inconvenience to our customers. . Within 20 hours I tried to cancel an account NOT YET USED AT ALL -- and they said they'd charge me for the entire month. An annoying manager challenged me, their customer service rep. retorted *** with a "you can do whatever you want" when I informed I would cancel my 2 ACCOUNTS with their firm if they don't wave the fee for just-started unused one. Their computer wasn't working, so they didn't send me a confirmation for the cancellation.

No customer should deserve such approach. We have performed an investigation and have taken immediate action. Rest assured that this will never happen again.
G3 Telecom bundle plans are no-contract in nature. It means that you have the freedom to cancel the plan if you think it is not for you. Thus, we always educate our customers to request a cancellation a week before the second-month charge. In your case, you have requested to cancel the current monthly plan purchase.
However, this doesn't mean that we will not honor your request to cancel and refund since the minutes are unused. Rest assured that we have refunded your purchase and canceled the plan as you requested. The refund is already on your credit card.
We would like to thank you for giving us feedback. Without it, G3 Telecom will not be able to identify what are the things we need to improve more. With this, we will commit to you that we will do better on our Customer Service Support Group.

Call quality was decent for a couple of years but for the last year it's been bad. Sometimes incoming calls would ring on our side but the caller wouldn't hear a ring. We got a lot of dropped calls recently. Their support wouldn't do anything useful to help us. (I know it's not our Internet connection since we have a very stable and fast fiber connection). So I went ahead to cancel the account and they are now charging me $60 until I send back their ATA adapter. I've been with them for 5ish years and they won't even send me a pre-paid shipping label to get this device back to them. Overall - poor tech support and poor customer service. If/when the actual phone service works it's decent and a good price - just hope you don't have a problem because it's hard to get good answers.
I would like a refund for the shipping costs of returning the adapter. I would also have liked to been treated like a trusted customer. After a 5+ year relationship with this service (and being a customer in general for over 10 years) I would not have expected to be treated like a thief. I am willing to return their device but why at my cost and why only after being charged?

Today we have communicated with the complainant and mutually concluded the issue. G3 Telecom shall refund the *** charge of $60.00 as well as the one month payment of $30.35 (March). *** adaptor need not be returned.
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)I received the call as mentioned and was verbally informed of the agreement as they stated above. I am happy with how this was resolved though it would have been nicest to have just had the quality issues fixed up while I was still with the company. I will go back to using G3 Telecom if I ever need an inexpensive VoIP solution in the future.
