Good Afternoon, first I I would like to start by saying that we are sorry for situations that happened and we care very much about our customers and want to make sure all our customers have a good shopping experience at our store.As the owner of this store I can assure you that all our products are in good quality and we stand behind all that we sell, and if there is any issue with a product, we do all we can to ensure the customers is happy All we asked the customer is when she returned the item does she have the tags that were attached to the item She has indicated that she does not have them and we asked that she please return the item with the tags.As I want to make sure that the customers is happy, we will allow her to return this item with no tagsonce more, I apologize for the situation and inconvenience, as we strive to make all our customers happy Thank you
