G & R plumbing ( [redacted] ) installed a hot water heater at my homeI paid him $which was to include parts, labor and permitUpon my handing him the check he refused to give me a paid invoice or any bill of particularsHe said he was out of themHe would come back and give me oneI called him a few days later and he stated that he would not provide me a paid invoiceHe also did not get a permit as he said he wouldThis smacks of a scam to avoid reporting incomeBeware of this companyThey are dishonest nd prey on senior citizens
