I am rejecting this responseas stated in part of complaint and agreed upon prior to starting the job all wood would be cut into sections that will fit into my fireplace the tree sections have not been cut , will not fit into fireplace and are are still in a large pile where they were moved to with your hydronic lift systemI am unable to lift or move these large sections of trees I would greatly appreciate the logs cut into a length that will fit into my fireplace as agreed upon prior to the job starting

To Whom concerned. In response to the complaint is as follows. Frank [redacted] was told several times that Joe would be back to grind the stumps as soon as the stump grinder would be fixed. Well we had to purchase a new machine. Joe returned to the site and has finished the work. I'm sure Mr....

Frank did not contact the Revdex.com,to let you know. Mr. [redacted] has not sent or responded to any contact since Joe finished the work. I feel the the customer took his personal frustrating out on our business.  Sincerely,  Rebecca [redacted]  [redacted] Ps.
