Review: In the original architecture plan (blueprint), GM Landscaping proposed putting concrete around the AC unit in the back yard, and it was approved by the HOA architectural review board. However during construction, GM Landscaping changed it to pebbles. I didn't bring this up as an issue at the time, because I assumed the contractor knew what's best. However, I began to experience mouse problems. Mouses dug through the pebbles making a hole under the AC unit. I reported the problem and requested GM Landscaping to change the pebbles to concrete. At first GM Landscaping agreed to put concrete around the AC unit. However, after a week past, GM Landscaping said that they have to charge a fee. I am very disappointed and frustrated that GM Landscaping broke the promise again.Desired Settlement: Replace pebbles to concrete as indicated in the original architecture plan.
