Have contract with realty company to sale residential home. Contract states home will be advertised in many ways to assist in locating possible buyers. First employee of organization left town with no warning and contact was attempted several times. Original sale price was not agreed price. Was also told an open house would be performed. Weeks passed by without communication. Eventually, contact was made with owner. Owner insured she would handle the advertising in the future. Home was advertised as promised. After only three showings in approximately six months the organization was instructed to lower price in which they did not. Owner contacted me and advised she was going through some personal problems in her marriage and was possible going to sale her business and move away. Owner has not made any attempts to contact in reference to her decision with her company. Attempted to contact her by cell phone and number has changed. Called main number and was informed we could not have a contact number for her and she was not taking calls due to family issue. We were informed to contact another real estate company for any complaints ([redacted]). Checked Baldwin & Associates website and our residence is not being advertised as promised in contract. Unknown how long residence has not been advertised and has produced financial burden which derived from false hope and misrepresentation.
