Dear Revdex.com, In response to the complaint All of my conversations with the client were either by phone oremailThe items asked to be completed were by phone call, and later after the bid was given by email.The client had plenty of time to receive more bids, but used this as an excuse to get me to
start the worksooner than agreed because the was home to be rented and the new renters were moving in on thefollowing MondayThis became not true when I was asked to do more work after a home inspectionwas completedAt this point I asked why I was told to complete the work so renters could move in andwas told they had decided to sell the home insteadWhen the customer asked me to do more work onthe home, I told them how much more it would costAt that point I was told that they had no moneyand they felt as though they had paid me enough all readyI completed all of the work asked for andmoreI hey were not balllelt or manipulated-atany point they-had tiask-for more bids-they-just-- --chosenot toDuring this process I was asked to look at another home they had, which I didI was toldany work I completed I would have to wait for the money to be paid til after the house closedI toldthem I could not do this.At no point did I receive any notice from them about this complaint nor the fact that they wanted anymoney backI completed all of the work they wanted done for more than a fair price.Thank you Gordon F*
