Review: hired company to tear out my driveway and replace with new. removed old and installed binder material . said the driveway needed to settle for a month, thay would be back to install top layer. did not see a problem with that. so I waited and then started to make the reminder calls. had three appts. to come back and finish the job . I would skip work so I could be there to open the garagedoor. no show, no calls. had a different excuse everytime. now it was to late in the season. said they would be back in spring. started phone calls in spring. they came back to measure for amount of top coat they needed. never came back after that. had appts. they never showed. no calls either. was told by g enterprizes that it is not his problem. his brother did the work. co. called [redacted]. letterhead on bill is g enterprises. last phone call I made was told that he will suit me for harassment. and then threatened to come to my house and kick my *Word Rejected*that wouldnt be smart on his part. before things get out of hand. I would try something else first. the worst thing about this is I payed before the job before it was complete. never trust anybody.Desired Settlement: want the job finished by another company and thay pay for it.

Response:
Gary from the business left a message for me on 11/7. He stated that this consumer was not his customer. Gary's brother, [redacted], did the job. Gary originally had a contract with [redacted] but could not do the job as he was going out of town. So [redacted] did it.

Response:
Revdex.com spoke to [redacted] who stated his contract is with G Enterprises and that is the company who he paid in full. Revdex.com is requesting details on the arrangement that can be made between whomever did the work and G Enterprises who held the contract for the job.
