Review: I am a real estate agent that was associated with [redacted] real estate. the activekey service that this company provides is required, no matter what their terms and policies are. I had just paid for the entire year when without my consent, [redacted] put my license into escrow, which involuntarily cancelled my service with this company. I asked for a refund and was denied based on the terms and policies even though I did not voluntarily cancel it. I asked for a manager and was again denied while he quoted policy. I had no choice but to agree to anything they asked at sign up because I had to have a key. policy does not make it right for them to keep almost an entire year of payment that I can't use. I already have to travel out of my way to return the equipment, it is wrong for them to also profit by keeping my money.
Product_Or_Service: activekey?
Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Refund
I want the unused portion of the entire year of service refunded immediately. i'm not sure how much the refund would be and I since I can't login to the site I can't even find out ho much I was charged to begin with this time around. also, NO PHONE CALLS. I did not ask for one to begin with and I certainly don't want anymore
