I hired GDLA Audio Video to install and home theater and smart home system and paid them close to *** after installation the systems had countless issues. The company came back to repair the issues multiple times and could never resolve the majority of them. Eventually they avoided all contact with me for over a month. When the owner *** finally responded he stated that 'I burned him out by contacting him to fix the system'. The issues at that point were never resolved. In the end I had to hire another home theater company to come and resolve the issues which were all fixed easily the new company stated that defective equipment, incompatible wiring was used, and the system was incorrectly programmed.
