Since June I have had nine calls from Everlast Home Enery Solutions. From the first call I asked the representative to remove me from their call list as I am on the California State and National Do Not Call List. Each time the representive hung up. On July 3rd they called 3 times and then started on the 4th of July. I finally spoke to [redacted] and [redacted] on July 4th. I asked not to be called again and wrote a letter to thier CEO, the FTC, FCC and the California State Attorney General in the hopes they will investigate this firm and help others in not be harassed by this company. Viewing the number of complaints on the internet about this firm I do not believe they operate in full faith of the law. I will file to lawsuit if they call again.
