Zach is the salesperson I dealt with. We were very clear that we needed a car to get to Montana. He said, "this car will get you 3000 miles." We bought the car at 6:30 pm on Tuesday, Feb 18th. I made it less than 10 miles from the lot before discovering the car was almost undriveable. It has a top speed of about 35 mph unless on a downhill, because the automatic transmission won't shift into 3rd gear. I pulled over and called Zach right away, and he said he would send a mechanic to look at it. I waited an hour in a parking lot, repeatedly calling him with no answer. He never called back and no mechanic ever showed up. We called the next day and he kept promising he would send a mechanic on that day, Wednesday. On Thursday, after not being able to get ahold of Zack or the business, my wife drove the car back to the lot. She was there from 11am to 5pm, there whole business day, and no one came and no one opened the business. She contined to call that day, but no answer and their voice mail box is not set up, so you cannot leave a message. Dues to snow storms and emergency travel only warnings, she did not go back the next day, but since then we have continued to call then with no answer. We have tried for several days to return the car. He said we could return it if it was not fixable, but his mechanic has to look at it. He keeps promising to send a mechanic, but none ever comes. At this point he is refusing to even answer our call.
