it's life expectancy, so I suggested that my client have unit evaluated and to consider replacement soon as Condensers typically have a life expectancy of years.The garage door failed upon testingI tried to get the door opener to operate from the first attempt to the third attemptThe door opened as intended on first attempt but would not close after pushing the garage door opener button three times so I wrote it up as "Failed upon testing" and to have it properly repairedI then disconnected the garage door from its electric opener and manually locked it to prevent unauthorized accessIf my Buyers did not actually purchase this home, it will always be the negotiation process between the Buyer and the Realtor
