Hello I'm requesting my order to be canceled I cannot get ahold of them I tried phone and email but both non existent I want it canceled
Order number XXXXX needs to be cancelled I tried contacting but there phone and email are both down and can't reach them I'm very upset

Not a legit company, Placed on order and never heard back from them. All atempts at comunicating with FX Custom PC via online contact form, email to sales warranty, support have all failed. Phone number disconnected.

I found this web site and believed it to be a good site from some of the reviews I had read. On this site you can have this company build a custom computer using components of you choosing. They also offer some financing options as well. Once you have place an order and chosen your option for financing, you receive an email from the company with an order number, my number is order#***. I placed this order on July 11th for approximately $2200.00, on this day I also created an account on this company's website. When I tried to log onto the site the next day to check the status of my order, my password didn't work. I tried going through their password recovery on their site but it gave me an error message and I couldn't change my password. I tried calling the phone number on their sight during the times they would be available, but it directed me to use the emails listed on their website. I emailed them asking for help resetting my password. I waited a couple of days with no response. On July 16th I sent another email asking for a response to my previous email and this time I emailed all 3 emails listed under their "contact us" tab at the bottom of their page. I then did a more extensive check on reviews about this company and checked their Facebook and Twitter accounts. Since around July of last year, 2017, there doesn't seem to be any activity from this company on either of their accounts. Furthermore, customers were not getting their computers they had ordered as noticed from the comments left on both accounts. I do not believe this company is active any longer but their web page is active. This web site should be taken down so that other people do not place orders with them.
