The promocional video has misleading informations. The video said sign up now and receive my trading secretes which he calls Jackpot strategy, but that's a lie he just send out some numbers for me as a new trader is not easy to understand what to do with the info and also I receive same informations from other companies free.I immediately contacted the costumer service for a refund there was no reply till today no 0ne called or e-mailed me so I don't know how to get my money $200.00 a year that was the charge for nothing. Please help I am currently unemployed thanks

Because I am not too sure if it's possible for me to cancel the complaint. all I need is my refund. Their request is not something I do not have control over
I am ready to issue a refund to the customer but first I need their account information which's is email log in to our website and telegram username. As of right now this member is still using our services and have passed the 3 day refund policy but I am still willing to give a full refund once I receive all the information needed to removed member from our data based afterwards I will he sending a full refund to the customer.

No I don't agree to the that I still use his service when he already blocked me from the group through telegram app. If he really makes millions why is he crying over $200 like a baby. the last known login info to his website registered email is *** possibly user name *** password *** for telegrams account I registered my account with that company then fxcapital logged me in automatic to join the group so he I expect this company to do the right thing and refund my money and stop trying to come up with excuses. The only way I will anything from this company is refund his info is misleading. Also he to stop contacting me like he did today asking me why I hate him so much I don't appreciate that because if he had listened to me when I asked for refund I would not have gone this far. With that being said all I am simply asking for is my money back he can continue misleading inexperience traders
