Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 17, 2015/06/29) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I have since sold the car. I asked the new owner to let me know what they had to do to get...
the car in working order. It needed few other things in addition to a system clean out, which fixed the "over heating" issue. A simple fix that the respondent never addressed.
The car needed to be towed total of 3 time because the respondent never addressed the issue, each time we were given back a car that was not thoroughly serviced. The respondent received $1725 for a car that never ran properly after it was in his shop.
Basically I was completely ripped off by an automotive shop that did not finish a job by simply addressing and fixing the problem.
There was no communication except to tell me that the problem was solely mine and that the respondent didn't owe me "[redacted]" (his own words).
I have moved on and quite frankly am tired of putting forth any more energy on this whole matter.
I believe you reap what you sow and this person's lack of integrity will eventually work against him.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 19, 2015/07/01) */
Negative energy of any sort can be exhausting, I don't blame case #XXXXXXXX consumer for "giving up"......smart move. As far as my "reaping/sowing and integrity"...... all must be well! Thank you! ....cuz life and business are GRAND!! Perhaps case #XXXXXXXX consumer should "check in their mirror's".......??? Thanks Revdex.com for being you. Peace.
