I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. Please add your rejection comments below. Still awaiting the resolution. [redacted] (VP of Sales) called me on Tues April 26th and stated he would refund parts and was going to work with [redacted] to get the war reinstated for there 10 year for which it was sold.
