F+W Media

I am a customer of interweave and have made many purchases from there siteI was very happy until recently when I had a problem with an online seminar and requested helpI sent a request to F & W Media as requested on the online supportI received a generic reply that did not address the issue in my email and was a cut and paste from the siteIt said if I required additional support to write backI have done so times now and received not answerIt appears no one is either attending the site to answer my query about the product I purchased or they can't be bothered to address itIt really isn't a big issue and should be able to be addressed easilyI am very disappointed in the way they treat customers*** ***
