I have tried calling multiple times and no one answers It rings and rings I have tried emailing to which no one replies I received one reply which asked stated in order to return my items I must accept their return policy which would would require me to acknowledge they will not accept items that are damaged or hatched My items arrived damaged and hatched! I have made every possible attempt to contact this company to resolve this issue reasonably and professionally.

This item is broken and there return policy is a joke I have to pay return when the item is broken they need too pay this fee if they had ship these items with some kind of protection you would not have had broken itemsAlso there return policy states it must be unharched as this egg is cracked and you can see the fuzzy wonder it will not be in a new condition
