I came and made a purchase for a bedroom suite for $1100 I payed for it and never received it I called to find out about it still never received it I then called to cancel and get my refund *** told me that they would have to deduct $400 from my purchase payment she couldn’t explain to me why she was very rude she told me to call back in a couple of days so that they can refund my money when I called back she got very rude and told me there is a no refund policy and I just have to wait till whenever the furniture got there and I could sell it at a garage sale I told her no way I want all my money refunded back for merchandise I never received
