Review: I ordered merchandise on 7/**/14 and as of today 8/**/14 still have not received it. I have sent 8 emails and have only gotten 2 replies stating that my merchandise is out of stock and will be in stock in 1-2 weeks. They have no telephone number, and did not answer 6 of my 8 emails. This complaint falls in line with the other complaints on the Revdex.com siteDesired Settlement: Provide a customer service phone number on their website, provide tracking numbers for all merchandise, answer all customers emails 2 out of 8 emails is very poor, deliver the product I ordered, provide me with an apology letter, and give a full refund for being dishonest about stock availability and delivery times and not answering emails and not providing sufficient responses to the very few emails they do actually answer

New stocks of these parts have been delayed longer than expected. A new batch of these are currently being completed and are expected shortly in our warehouse. We can however arrange a refund for this order and will advise when new stocks arrive in our warehouse.

I would like to know why I only get 5 days to reply yet you give the business 30 days to reply? Not a fair and balanced time, one more reason it seems to me that the Revdex.com is really not there for the customer, and tries to make it easy for the customer to not comply so that the Revdex.com can just make the complaint go away!
