Review: A while back I went to our local [redacted] and purchased a subscription to [redacted]. While signing up with the clerk I asked to make sure that I would be receiving a physical copy of the magazine and was told that I would. Paid the 14.99 and walked out of the store. I got an email about 2 weeks later stating that they were going "all digital" I expressed that I was told that I could recieve a physical copy by the store and they informed me that this was not possible any more. I said fine send me the digital copy. I waited 2 months nothing came to my email. I contacted them online, they said they fixed the problem and extended my subscription to accomidate me. I waited 2 months STILL NOTHING. I called they said it was my responsibility to make sure the my email was correct. We varified it and I waited again. NOTHING. The only reason I even though about this is that I drove my [redacted] today and thought about it again. You charged me for a physical magazine, SWITCHED it to digital content, and I have never recieved anything. If something is not done I consider this theft. I paid but recieved NOTHING.Desired Settlement: Either send me a refund, or do or offer something to make it right by me.

Review: I ordered a magazine and they claimed that it was out of stock so I waited, the next time I asked they said that they did not charge my card and would like for me to repurchase. I have yet to recieve my refund and they demanded I buy anotherDesired Settlement: a refund of my first purchase and the PC gaming magazine is all I ask for
