Customer can return the Greenbay Packers youth uniform
costume back to us like new, unused and within 30 days of her receiving the
item. We will follow the October return

waive the restocking fee.

The business has done nothing to correct the misleading advertisement. Their advertisement is for a Personalized Child's Firefighter's costume for a sales price of $48.95, then when you get ready to order it, they want to charge you $15.00 to do so. The advertisement as it comes up under a [redacted] Search is misleading. The web site will accept the child's name and let you check out for the sales price plus shipping. The next day, I get a call stating there is an additional $15.00 charge to get a personalized costume making the sales price $63.95 - This is not what they advertised.

[redacted] purchased a Christmas Story Leg Lamp Sexy Dress on 12/**/2015; it was shipped out on 12/**/2015. [redacted] called after receiving the package stating that the item was defective. A customer service rep asks for her to send a picture so we can see how the item is...
defective. Per the image that was sent, it was determined at that time the item was not defective. The item can be returned to our return department within 30 days of receiving the item to have a fuller inspection done on the costume. If the item is defective the customer will be refund the order, if the item shows it’s not defective it will be treated like a regular return.

We were giving the blanket as a wedding gift to a couple named Kasey and Michael and wanted their names centered in the blank space. The company chose to embroider "Love, [redacted]l" in the blank space as if the message on the blanket were FROM [redacted] This is NOT what we ordered and DOES NOT work for the wedding gift. Common sense.

Review: I ordered the following item on their website. I paid through PayPal, and the money has been taken. When I email the for status of the order, or call them I get no response for emails and when I call they just keep you on hold then HANG up. I want a complete refund of my money ASAP.

Hello -
I ordered a product, two days later I have still not received a confirmation email on my purchase but money was taken out of my account. I have sent numerous questions requesting help from customer service and they were never answered, and when I tried to call the customer service number it rang but no one answered. I am having a severely difficult trying to contact someone who can help. I do no longer want my product (which I have not received) and I want my money back.
Review: I ordered a Kids Deluxe TMNT Michelangelo Costume for my son and the mask looks as if it was melted. It does not hold it's shape like the one in the photo on the web site. When I contacted customer service and emailed them a photo their complaint resolution department said that it looked like the one on the web page. (photos availabe if needed)Desired Settlement: I would like a replacement mask that is not deformed and holds it's shape. They should also post my review on their web site so that others won't make the same mistake that I did.

Hello,
If you wish to return the item the costume, you are more
then welcome. We’re not saying that you
can not. The return policy on the
website says that we can not return masks, but we’re willing to making this
exception once for you.
This costume is as shown on the website. Nowhere on the
website does it say that this is a hard mask. The mask is not defective it’s
just made out of soft plastic.
As stated above you may return the costume and we can issue
you a refund for the cost of the item minus the 20% restocking fee.

I have no desire to continue communicating with these charlatans as they appear to have no amount of decency or honesty in their dealings. Review: I placed an online order for a kid's Supreme Darth Vader costume that included the costume, mask, gloves, breathing device and light saber. I received the costume, but with three missing accessories; gloves, breathing device and red light saber. I called customer service and they told me I ordered something else that didn't include accessories. After sending them proof of what I ordered, they changed their tune and said that the Supreme Costume should not have been for sale online.
After 30 minutes of explaining my order, they ([redacted]) said they would send the gloves and breathing device, but not the light saber. I asked for a partial refund for the light saber. They ([redacted]) said he would talk to the manager to get the partial refund. I have yet to see or hear from anyone about a refund.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the light saber that I bought, but the company couldn't deliver.
