offered him a price of $4500, which is $less then what it is on the market** *** was intrigued and said he could get a price for $which was still hire then ours, but not the same qualityHe began to discuss rebate the state offers every Maryland resident and is on a public websiteAccording to him he claims the agent told him he would discount the hvac equipment an additional $through a rebateThis was never listed and the agent never made that promise** *** did his research for week and decided to have Future Green Services swap out his unit for $After he paid we rushed the order and had him installed within hours** *** never signed anything that stated that we would provide an additional rebateHe began calling us about times inquiring about a rebate and claiming he was misledManagement felt sorry for him and tried to do decent customer service and offer him $250(which they didn't have to do)** *** began to threaten that the only way he wouldn't complain to Revdex.com is if he got $He spoke to the owner and ** *** acknowledged that he didn't sign anything with us promising him and additional $2000, he also acknowledged that there was no rebate listed on the site for $2000, yet he still wanted the money because he said he was misledAt this point we said we could no longer help him because we weren't going to lose money for discounting someone and doing them good service which he also acknowledgedClassic case of customer trying to get something for free.Feel free to email or call meNana P*** ***[email protected]
