We have worked with Future Digital since 2003 on office equipment and service; they do a great job for us. We recently engaged Future Digital for some additional technology they offer specifically new phones and services. The onboarding process what perfect no down time - they are quick to respond and take a active interest in customer satisfaction, highly recommend.
In Dec 2018 we were billed incorrectly. They used the print counts from May 2018 and matched them against counts for Dec 2018. Our contract is based on a monthly count and if we go over the count from month to month, we have to pay extra. We are being billed for a gap not month to month but over several months. I have been calling every week since December. If someone answers the phone they say they will forward it on. After repeated calls over and over I received an email from Jim Sauerhoefer CEO of Future Digital Imaging. I have emails stating he has no control over this and its the financing company. The financing company says they have to talk to their client FDI but always say no one returns there calls. I have submitted an official contract termination notice with FDI and they still refuse to help me and continue to bill me with late fees. We have not been using the equipment since we sent in our letter of termination. We have made requests since Jan 2019 over the phone and in email for termination due to no one helping resolve our issue and emailed in an official document Fed 6th 2019 to be done with it. The original contract with this company was with another company. The current company has no contract with Future Digital Imaging.
My experience with this Company dates back to 2013, but I just came across this Company again on a web and I believe my observation worth sharing. This Company unilaterally cancelled my Contract (prepaid) and stopped any communication as soon as I demanded a refund. The reason for cancellation was that my machine required too much effort to service. Seriously? They may have good technicians, but the work ethics is non-existent.
