They don't care about you at the at this company. They are the absolute worst...my sister unfortunately was there for a couple of days and they way they treated her wasn't professional at all. The second day she was there, they took (stole) her food they she ordered. They tried to say her food was never delivered to her, but the delivery guy gave a detailed description of the person he handed her food to they still said she never had a food delivery, 2.5 hours later her food reappeared and it was now cold. Also, my sister is unable to get vaccinated for covid due to the medication she is on. She had a covid test done it was negative, they put plastic up then turned around and told her they had to take it down and her door must stay close. Now her windows are locked door shut no ventilation so not right. Then the van drive was very unprofessional the way she was talking to my sister speaking to her like she is a child. Telling her what and how she was going to do things. First if you are responsible for making drop off appointments to clinics for the residents you need to inform them, their family members if they aren't able to do this for themselves and the nurse so they can be able to get ready properly. You do not come into a patients room tell them ' I made this appointment time an you need to come on, I don't care if you washed or not come with your night clothes on. Then walk out to other staff and say "I don't have time for her sh#@ today"

There is nothing caring about this company! The absolute worst consulting company I have ever had any dealings with. Unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, and unwilling to listen are understatements. From the receptionist and onward, this company does not know the meaning of care EXCEPT they care about money. There should be a way to rate them ZERO stars because even one star is too many.
