Fury & Sons Roofing

I paid Tom F $75 to fix my roof leak (he said he filled a hole with roof caulking), & the first time it rained after that, it leaked again. After several attempts, I contacted him by phone & explained the situation & asked him to come out again to fix the leak. He said he would, but that he'd charge me a minimum of $75 again. I asked for the $75 back, & he said he would not do that.
