We are happy to send the customer the recording of the first conversation they had with our rep. A refund was not offered in that conversation and it is beyond our 30 day refund policy. If the customer is still unsatisfied after listening to the recording they are welcome to speak with us further.

We apologize this customer was not satisfied with our product or services. Our customer service team is unable to listen to recorded calls but we are able to review them at our corporate office. cancellation of all future rebills and their card will not be charge again. The customer seemed satisfied with this result and the notes [redacted] made in the order match the phone conversation. The account has been closed and at this time there is nothing else we can do for this customer.
