Company ordered cabinets without my approval - won't refund money
Could not be more unhappyMrFurnival came to my house and promised me quality and finish extremely close to current Woodmode cabinets which we were reusing portions of in the kitchenHe never showed me a door but rather small wood samples - one with a background color we tried to match to mine and another with a stain we tried to matchHe did a good kitchen design and I paid my contractor in full for the cabinets but requested a door sample which MrFurnival said he would provideInstead, he ordered the cabinets which came in and were in no way close to mine and a much, much lower qualityHe kept insisting that *** (the company who made the cabinets) were "custom cabinets"They are notI should have done more research on the brand prior, I should have never paid before seeing the door sampleBut in the end, I feel Mr Furnival placed the order because he knew I would cancel if I saw the actual product
