I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
At this time, it has been more than 10 days and the company has not reached out to us stating that the part is in. I did call them and the part has not come in yet. I will be happy to accept the response once We have the part because they have told us this before and We still have not received the chair back. So until we have delivery of the chair back, I have to reject their response.
